We've moved to a new location in Staunton. It is located at 634 b Charles St. behind Papa Johns off of Greenville
Avenue in the LSK Plaza.

BJJ Competition:
Congratulations to all competitors at the US Grappling event in Ashland, Virginia.
Chip Campbell took first place in the 215 lb. blue belt division - Chip has yet to be scored on in competition.
Dan took 2nd in the 195 lb. no gi division

Grats to Philly Howard
Philly won his first MMA match at Brawl in the Cage 8 by guillotine choke in the first 45 seconds of the fight.
